Dallas Mavericks owner Mark Cuban believes with the climate laid down by President Donald Trump's administration, CEO's across America are in a very hard spot. "He's not smart enough to run for president!"
USA president Donald Trump has taken a dig at billionaire businessman, Mark Cuban.
Fresh off a state visit with Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe, Trump got his Sunday morning off on the right foot by calling Cuban dumb.
Trump's executive order, earlier this year, suspended immigration from seven Muslim-majority countries for 90 days, which have raised terrorism concerns. Along with defending his crackdown on immigration, Trump blasted Cuban as being "not smart enough" to be leader of the free world.
The billionaire owner of the Dallas Mavericks and investor on ABC's "Shark Tank" responded simply, "LOL".
Cuban, not surprisingly, didn't take Trump's morning broadside lying down. "What happened?" Trump wrote.
"But isn't it better for all of us that he is tweeting rather than trying to govern?" he asked.I don't know.
Less than an hour before Trump unleashed his criticism of Cuban, the New York Post ran a story on whom the White House was sizing up as potential challenges to Trump's 2020 re-election bid.
"He's not a typical candidate", a source told the Post.
Cuban eventually came out in support of Hillary Clinton in the 2016 election. "He appeals to a lot of people the same way Trump did". In September, Cuban shot down the idea at the first presidential debate.
"I've been crushing POTUS", he announced on Twitter in late January.
